Refund Policy

At BarkShield, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we make the return and refund process as straightforward as possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • Include original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, contact us at support@barkshield.store. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at Barkshield@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (treats, consumables)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used pet care or hygiene items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Final sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need a replacement? The fastest way is to return the original product for a refund and then place a new order.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
